We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods or high demand, processing time may extend by 1–2 extra days.

2. Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered based on running promotions or order value.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes and products.

  • COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • Fake COD orders or non-acceptance may lead to restriction on future COD orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your package using the link until it is delivered.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please provide accurate and complete address details at checkout.

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable number, repeated delivery attempts failed, the order will be returned to us.

  • Reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Open Package at Delivery

If your package looks tampered, damaged, or opened, please:

  1. Take photos or a video of the package

  2. Refuse to accept it

  3. Contact us immediately

We will arrange a replacement or provide further assistance.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
