At The Dusky Rose, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, bodysuits

  • Accessories (earrings, jewelry, etc.)

  • Items purchased on sale/discount

  • Items damaged due to misuse

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange pickup from your address or ask you to courier the item back (depending on your location).

  4. After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.

Refund Options:

  • Store Credit (fastest way – usable for future purchases)

  • Bank Refund (5–7 working days after approval)

  • Exchange for size or another product (subject to availability)

Refund not applicable if:

  • Product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Return request is raised after 7 days

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos/video.
We will replace it without extra charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
