How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location in India.

How do exchanges work?

Style and size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. Email store@theduskyrose.com or call +91 78885 76467 with your order number and reason. Items must be unused with all tags intact. A ₹100 reverse-pickup charge is borne by the customer. Read the full Exchange Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

We operate an exchange-only policy — no cash refunds. If your size or replacement style is unavailable, we issue store credit. Damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours are replaced free of charge.
